The Flextool name is well known for its high quality, affordable concrete tools and their high-frequency needle vibrators are no different. These needle vibrators produce consistent high-frequency vibration which allows for the efficient compaction of all types of concrete mixes. These newly designed Flextool concrete needle vibrators have been fitted and designed with three heavy-duty bearings and double oil seal protection for a more durable and high-performing product. Key features found on the new range of Flextool needle vibrators include: Heavy-duty double row self-aligning bearings that extend the servicing life of the needle vibrator. Reduced vibration due to the counter spings installed improving operator safety and comfort Double oil seals protect the internal bearings and increase the service life. The internal features a heavy rotor for high vibration that equates to getting the job done much faster. Heat-treated nose cap on the end of the needle vibrator reduces the wear and tear from abrasive concrete aggregates. The rubber support sleeve has multiple benefits and these include reduced vibration transfer to the user which increases comfort and safety, much easier to clean the tool and eliminates the hassle of the tool hooking up on various materials in the tray of a truck/ ute.
