In-Store collection Process & Policy

 

Mesh & Masonry offer the option of in-store collection of your order.  The process is very simple:

Click collect

  1. Add items to your shopping cart as per normal.
  2. At the point of checkout you will be given the option of selecting the "Pick Up From Store" Shipping method (see above).
  3. Once you have selected this option you can process your payment as per normal and compete your order.
  4. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When you come to our store at 105 Hertford St, Sebastopol to collect your item(s) please note that you need to bring the  following:

  • A copy of your order confirmation email.
  • Photographic ID to confirm that you are the person that has placed the order.  The ID must match the name and address of the person placing the order.

 

Please note that orders for 'Pick up from Store' must be collected within 21 days of you receiving the email that your Order is available for collection. If your Order is not collected within this time, Mesh & Masonry has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you.
